Karl Rove Dances For the Pleasure of the President March 29, 2007 Karl Rove embraced his inner gangsta and rapped the night away at the Radio and Television Correspondents' Association dinner. A comedian raps, while Rove does what appears to be the Scissor Dance for the amusement of President Bush. Given the situation in Iraq and Iran, the phrase "fiddling while Rome burns" immediately comes to mind.
