Ginsburg Is Back at Supreme Court Following SurgeryFebruary 23, 2009Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg was back on the bench today. She had been out for two weeks because she was underwent surgery for pancreatic cancer on February 5. The AP says doctors gave Ginsburg an encouraging prognosis.
