Iowa Leader Ron Paul Under Assault From GOP OpponentsDecember 28, 2011Ron Paul continues to lead in Iowa polls just days ahead of the 2012 Iowa Caucus, on January 3rd. Being in the lead has put Paul under assault from his opponents, including Mitt Romney and Newt Gingrich. Even if Ron Paul wins Iowa, it is not clear if he will be able to translate that into future wins.
