Giuliani Thinks New York City 9/11 Trial is Unnecessary Risk November 15, 2009 Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani tells CNN's John King that putting 9/11 terror suspects on trial in New York is an unnecessary risk. Giuliani definitely thinks the trials would create additional security problems and risk. He also says it will be very expensive. He says it would be worth it if there was "no other choice" but he believes there are other options.
